Jennifer Bouley began her career as a social worker counseling high school students, many of whom had legal problems. She quickly realized the legal system only saw their criminal charges and not the people they truly were. Seeing vulnerable people who could not advocate for themselves made her want to do more than just support them — she wanted to fight for them.
Jenny opened Bouley Law in 2024 and concentrates her practice on criminal defense, representing people accused of the most serious state and federal crimes. She understands many of her clients have made mistakes — sometimes terrible ones — and works to tell their story, explaining to the judge and jury that they are more than just their worst day or their biggest mistake.
Jenny knows what is on the line when someone has been charged with a crime: their freedom, their reputation, and their future. She also knows the impact that having a qualified, experienced criminal defense attorney on your side can have. Jenny is committed to conducting a thorough investigation of every case she takes on and works hard to protect her client’s rights and their future.
Jenny founded Bouley Law with a commitment to provide high-quality legal representation at affordable rates. She offers a personalized approach that larger firms often cannot match. By keeping her caseload small, she can devote extensive time, research, and attention to each client. Clients can expect dedication and affordability, without sacrificing one for the other.
Jenny lives with her husband in Beaufort, South Carolina. They have four children and frequently travel to Cincinnati and Atlanta to spend time with family. Their oldest son, Patrick, is a marine veteran and financial advisor who lives with his wife in Cincinnati. Michael is an electrician in Cincinnati, Ohio. Christopher is attending law school at Northern Kentucky University and is an intern at this law firm. Their daughter is a nurse living in Atlanta with her husband and daughter.
